Self Development is a journey, one that rewards you for being you.
Things can change for the better across all aspects of life.
If you feel it is time to make a change, it can start today.

Advent Calendar day 4 - Goal Setting.
You have now set your vision, haven't you? If not, scroll back to December 1st!!
Lets set you some goals now - it will give you something to work towards in your life.
Take out a pen and paper, yes...put down the phone and lets get writing.
To get festive, you could write "Dear Santa, my goals I would like this time next year are........."
What are you waiting for?
Advent Calendar day 5 - 90 Day Planning.
To be truly happy, we need to live in the present.
How can we do this in your planning?
Bring it into the current day.
Split your year into Quarters, at the end of each you should review goals set in the last 90 days against the plan you have set. Then set achievable goals for the next 1/4.
Headings for business include:
Mindset, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Team, IT and Legal.
For Personal, you can add:
Fitness, Knowledge, Family, and breaks.
Repeat every 90 days!
Sticking to the plan, will allow you to push forward personally and professionally.
January is coming soon, what a time to start!!

Advent Calendar day 6 - Focus.
Focus on what matters. It will make a huge difference in everything you do.
As part of my daily routine, I love to focus on the day ahead. It makes everything clear for me.
I have already planned the week and how it aligns with my vision and principles.
Spending time each day only on what matters.
TASK - Write your to do list, make it as big as you want...heres the thing though, you can only highlight 3 things to do. What are they? They are the 3 things that will make the BIGGEST difference to your life today.
Other tips:
- Leave your phone in another room
- Accept you can't multi task
- Diarise your time
- Schedule personal time and stick to it.
I would thoroughly recommend the book, 'Eat That Frog,' your priority lists will never be the same again.
Enjoy becoming more productive by getting focused!
Advent Calendar day 7 - Creating Good Habits.
That mince pie looks tempting doesn't it? How about the Mulled Wine to wash it down?
What if this is every day?
Don't feel guilty about the December excess, heck, this year could promote it!
However habits are not all bad!!
Creating good habits is very powerful. It has been the focus of much of my study the last few years and has really helped with mindset, fitness, self development and my own growth.
Daily habits will kick you into gear.
Things to look at include daily gratitude, movement & fitness, wellbeing, journaling and laughing.
You will become fitter, faster and healthier by doing a tiny amount of small things each day.
